Our small group hypnotherapy sessions are held online, offering a powerful and affordable way to experience the benefits of hypnotherapy in a warm and welcoming community setting. With group sizes kept intentionally small, you’ll receive personal attention, space to share (if you choose), and the comfort of connecting with others on a similar journey—all from the comfort of your own home.

Each session is guided live by me, using gentle techniques that help you relax your mind, tap into your inner wisdom, and begin to create real, lasting change.

You don’t need any previous experience with hypnotherapy—just an open heart and a willingness to grow. Come as you are. Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

8-Week Online Hypnotherapy Group Course
Small group setting · Max 6 people · Real change from the inside out

If you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or simply exhausted from poor sleep, this gentle but powerful course is for you. Over 8 weeks, you’ll be guided through a structured hypnotherapy journey designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and retrain your body’s natural ability to rest and restore.

This small-group experience (maximum of 6 participants) creates a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what’s keeping you stuck in the cycle of stress, anxiety, and sleep struggles.

Each week includes:

- Guided group hypnotherapy
- Deep relaxation techniques to help you switch off
- Simple mindset coaching tools you can use daily
-Journaling prompts for reflection & self-awareness
- Optional sharing & discussion in a safe, private space

You’ll learn how to:
- Let go of tension stored in the body
- Reframe unhelpful thought patterns
- Improve sleep quality naturally
- Rebalance your emotional wellbeing
- Create a sustainable routine for calm & rest

By the end of the 8 weeks, you’ll have your own toolkit for handling stress and sleeping more soundly—long after the course ends.
